Math Intervention Services
“Math is like going to the gym for your brain. It sharpens your mind.”
Danica McKellar
Services are delivered in small group settings in our classrooms several days a week. It is our intent that with this extra support, students will strengthen their math skills and proficiency. The program provides systematic instruction in small flexible groups. Classroom and support services are coordinated with the teacher so that individual needs are met.
Math intervention is designed for Friendship students to support their learning and deepen their understanding of number sense, computation and problem solving.
